Hmmm...conventional astrophysicists arguing with physicists who have a different yet unprovem hyposthesis. I wonder why that would happen? And then you accuse the conventional scientists of using psuedo-science?I'm not arguing anymore. You've already lost. And no, this isn't part of the big mean conspiracy that you're afraid of. When you learn to debate without coming out as insulting and condescending straight from your first post, you might just get somewhere.
So you're saying that an internet exists that doesn't have porn ANYWHERE on it? *****. I assure you, there are ***** on that internet somewhere.

“Well, as we've seen with health care and death panels and whatnot, they don't have to actually be rooted in fact, they just need to find something controversial. Think about it, the right has basically ***** the public option off of the table. They didn't even have to resort to actual, factual debate. So I think there's some power in hate as far as they are concerned and all Obama needs to do is give them a reason to strike fear in people and stir up hate in them.

These guys are the worst of the worst. Not only did they perpetuate the entire Sub Prime fiasco with their legislated "good intentions", they benefited from it, personally, again and again..
At least he's still happy.!

And don't forget to check out this book on Amazon: "Heaven and Earth: Global Warming, the Missing Science", by Ian Plimer. It's got about 3000 references from peer-reviewed research on the topic. If anyone can get through just the first 3 chapters and still advocate the AGW theory, they've crossed the boundary from science to religion.?
What upsets me about the article is that this isn't theoretical — this upset me to read: "The most notorious medical bug was a “race condition” in the software powering the Therac-25 medical accelerator in the 1980s, which resulted in three patients dying from radiation overdoses from 1985 to 1987." And these are obvious cases where the patent is dead, how many other times are we overexposed to radiation which adds up over time? Yet I never anyone tracking the cumulative numbers of exposures that any patient receives over a lifetime. It makes you wonder how many people get cancer as a result? |

Maybe I am odd but it would be nice to see a photo once in a while without a million clueless "omgz photoshop!" posts. It's easy to cry "photoshop"... how about educating us about EXACTLY what features of the photo you believe are evidence of 'shopping? Here's some video of the shoot, they look the same as the pics: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyxBvseYBecAnd all the "eat something" comments? Seriously? They're slim, but not anorexic or scrawny.

Yes, they only get Pro. I've had it a few weeks now...totally worth it. The Ultimate version doesn't really add anything I need, especially at this price.

When Forbes runs lists of sports figures, its clear that we give too much credit to these guys. Eight of 13 Nobel prizes this year were awarded to Americans, and most Americans probably have no idea of that (other than the one given to Obama). And Americans wonder why their kids aren't excited about school (other than sports). |
