C2 Repair Kit

NanoSonic’s C2 Repair Kit is a low-cost, VOC-free, easily applied ceramic copolymer (C2) repair system for leaking aviation fuel lines. The fast-curing two-part system provides protection from saltwater corrosion after repair, has exceptional adhesion to various metals with and without primer, and can withstand pressures greater than 200 psi with fuel flow rates up to 8 ft/second. Competing technologies require extensive surface preparation including filing of a defect, drilling, and in some cases, tapping and bolting of larger defects. NanoSonic’s C2 system only requires sanding, degreasing, and solvent cleaning with isopropyl alcohol before application. NanoSonic has worked extensively with the military to ensure this kit contains everything needed to complete a repair as quickly as possible.
